vacuum line that connect the system to the pump should have following characteristics.
- vacuum line should have as less as possible turns.
- vacuum line should be as broad as possible.
- vacuum line should not be compressible.
- vacuum line length should be smallest.
- connection of vacuum line to the pump or system should be of same size.
